This section of the coast has been identified as a feeding ground for several species of whales during their southern migration. Cruise boats operate daily during whale watching season ensuring you get a close view of these magnificent creatures. The whales disappear back to Antarctica but the dolphins stick around all year and they love surfing in the wake of the cruise boats. A sunset dolphin cruise in the bay is a magical experience.
