How to Enter:

• The WIN A HOLIDAY entry form will be distributed at the Merimbula Beach booth at the Canberra Times Home & Leisure Show. Entries must be placed into the entry box at the show during the promotional period and include their name and any other information so requested.
• Only one entry per entrant is permitted.
• Competition entry is open to ACT & NSW residents only.
• Employees and directors of the Promoter, related companies, subsidiaries or affiliates and such Employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Draws and Prizes:

• The prize includes a 5 night stay for up to two adults and two children in an Oceanbreeze Bungalow at Merimbula Beach Holiday Park.
• Prize Value: $675
• The winner will be notified on 26/10/09 by telephone and in writing.
• The winners name will be published on the Merimbula Beach Website after the 26/10/09.
• Booking must be made by phone, not online.

Stay must be for between 26 October 2009 – 16 December 2010 in low season only.


• The winner (and their companion(s)) are responsible for all other expenses and ancillary costs including spending money, meals, drinks, airfares, transfers, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals and any extras not detailed in the above prize.  
• Stay is subject to availability.
• No further discounts or specials apply.
• Prize package must be taken as one – not broken down into separate elements.
• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the promoter, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.

• The Promoter in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and terms, make prize substitutions or cancel this competition without notice. Subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
