Merimbula Beach named NSW's number 7 family-friendly Holiday Park
Merimbula Beach Holiday Park is celebrating the announcement that they have ranked Number 7 in family-friendly holiday parks in NSW. The Park was recognised in the annual 'Holidays with Kids' travel magazine awards, voted by the national magazine's readership of over 600,000 parents, 61,000 online members and customers of Club Med and TakeABreak.com.au.
Eden Whale Festival
WHALES ARE GO WITH LASER SHOW
The connection between the people of Eden and the whales that visit them at Twofold Bay is to be recreated through the magic of lasers during the annual Eden Whale Festival on the last weekend in October.
Melbourne-based laser specialist Arthur Ipsaros and his team from Genius Laser Technology are putting the final touches to a very special sound and light show that will tell the past and present story of this whale town on the far south coast of NSW.
Cash for fun cards now available
Merimbula Beach Holiday Park is continually striving to improve facilities for our valued guests and we are pleased to introduce the new "Cash for Fun" cards.
Guests can use the cards to redeem kids activities and hire activities at the park. They are a great way for guests to enjoy a great family holiday without the worry of carrying around extra cash. Unused funds are refundable on return of the card.

Cheeky Mango Cafe
The Cheeky Mango Cafe has recently received an amazing makeover and is now open for business!
Come in and enjoy a fantastic breakfast, delicious takeaway or that essential afternoon snack or cool drink.
The Cheeky Mango Cafe is also the place to get your daily essentials: bread, milk, ice, newspapers etc. not to mention a great coffee and Lynne’s famous lemonade scones.
150 + Vintage Cars on Display
A collection of more than 150 lovingly restored vintage vehicles will be on display on Sunday 21 February at the NRMA Merimbula Beach Holiday Park at Short Point Beach on the NSW South Coast.
Xmas 2009 - a great success!
Merimbula Beach was a hive of activity this Christmas holiday season, with Christmas carols in the top pool area sung by the local choir.
The height of the holiday season was on Christmas day when Santa visited the kids staying at the park, inaddition the Guests at Merimbula Beach were entertained all day with live music, a special visit by Elvis and a dance competition for the kids.
What an eventful holiday season! We hope to see you all for Xmas in 2010!
